No question about it – they are “Little David’s” in the making. If they assume something is broken, or pretend it is broken, off they go running for their tool boxes. Luke and Wade worked hard on the office chair and kept mumbling to each other about what needed to be done to it. Luke drilled it and Wade adjusted the lever… over and over again.
Meanwhile, Zoe sang into her microphone while the drill was still going in the background.
And, we can’t forget Olivia. She was being the little ray of sunshine that she always is. I know I’m the mom and I’m supposed to feel this way… but couldn’t you just squeeze the stuffing out of her??
First off, I can’t believe my last blog post was Sept. 27th. Holy Cow! Has it been that long?
I have been busy lately cleaning out closets, organizing clothes, organizing the kitchen, etc. etc.
Must be the fall weather. I love the cool temperature, and it always make me feel like I have OCD. Even my sock drawer is now organized!
And my slackness of blogging may also be in part to by recent obsession with Farmville, Yoville, and Cafe Town on Facebook. Somebody please help me!!
So kids, when you look back over this blog when you’re older, please know that I DID love you bunches and I’m sorry I missed several weeks of documenting your life, but mommy had to do what mommy had to do. I had harvests to crop!
So, my blog entry today is about my luck in entertaining the kids so I could organize my kitchen. I found several huge bags of bottles way back in my cabinet. This kept the kids happy from morning till lunch time. I couldn’t believe all the bottles I had. But at one time I had a lot of babies so it kind of makes sense, I guess.
I intended to bag all these up and throw them away. I’m thinking I should hang onto them and let the kids have them the next time I need to clean house. ( Or harvest my crops on FarmVille!)
